Disliked: The front desk person was not welcoming and seemed agitated when we asked any questions. She just wasn’t helpful. We’ve never experienced that before at this chain.

Disliked: I was disappointed that it wasn’t a full kitchen with the stove, because from the description it said it had one.

Good

Liked: The room was huge compared to others. The breakfast selection was different than I have seen in the past. The breakfast sandwiches and prepackaged milk were nice. It was clean and smelled nice through the hotel and they seemed to have nice amenities although we did not utilize them ourselves.
Disliked: There was an alarm set from previous guest that woke us up at 6am, the beds were less than desirable. My son found a black wavy hair in his food.

Disliked: The check out time. I’ve stayed at hotels in the area that had a 12pm check out which would have been more helpful for us since we were there for a soccer tournament
