Pleasant overnight
Liked: Modern, nice decor, clean. Well.maintained, the breakfast bar was better than average
Disliked: The pool wasn't anything special and the hot tub was not functional.. the pool hours are to restrictive.

Great stay!
Liked: Everything was good; comfortable bed and pillows. The room was well organized and clean. The breakfasts were quite varied.
Disliked: The window type. You can’t open the window to air the room

Bedbugs ruin our late check-in...
Liked: The hotel was beautiful
Disliked: During our stay at your hotel after having a late check in about 2 o’clock in the morning. I laid our3 year old autistic son down on one of your beds. I’d realize that there were crumbs on the other side as I turned down the flat sheet and comforter. I started brushing what I thought was crumbs from crackers that my child didn’t eat, wasn’t even awake to eat onto the floor Being exhausted and not thinking straight, I started putting together that the crumbs could not have come from my sleeping three year-old and they were previously there. After realizing that they were all over the bed and not just in one little area, I remembered my cousins struggle with bedbugs over the summer. I turned on the flashlight and began to see salt and pepper, looking remnants all over the bed. There was a significant amount more on the bed closest to the door however, the other bed also had Black and white sand all over the bed? Turning down the covers on the outside comforter there were also larger shells. When I called down to the front desk, he was were very accommodating, apologetic, and sincere. He then made arrangements for us to drive five minutes away and sleep at another hotel.We go out of our way to only stay at Hilton Brands. We do this because of the accommodations, our sons love the breakfast and the late checkout allows for me to lay my three year-old down for a nap before we hit the road.After we were shuffled from an A+ hotel to a D+ hotel we spent the next hour bringing in our things. I’m trying to calm down our three-year-old. That night, I reached back out to the gentleman at your front desk. He assured me that we’d be able to come over for breakfast in the morning and to use the pool. We had accommodations to get a late check out, leaving at 2 o’clock.Fast forward to the morning time I was greeted by a woman That when I explain to her the situation she said, “oh no, I walked down there, and I didn’t see any bedbugs.”
