Liked: Ashley greeted us when we first came in. She was approachable, friendly, and just a pleasure to work with. The rest of the staff was also very pleasant. Our breakfast crew did a phenomenal job.
Disliked: Pool area was a bit humid however, I think that goes with the heat of the day in GJ. Not sure there was anything the staff could do about it.

Liked: The perfect location. The staff was Amazing. Room was a fair size for family of 5 (kids under 16). Great pool and hot tub area. Coffee was good. Happy that it was pet friendly and the deposit was affordable. Thank you!
Disliked: It looked higher end on advertisement, but it was a little run down. Entire property Needs some upgrading on a few things. Our room had leftover garments from the previous guests, trash and candy boxes left on the tables. The bedding & pillows had an unclean stench. The back door handle was broken, so you had to walk all the way around to the front, rather than go back up the stairs you exited. The breakfast was okay. Breakfast area was small and compact, Overall a fair place, I would maybe return!

Disliked: Room was dirty, as in two pieces of trash that were not ours on floor, didn't seem like they vacuumed, not very well stocked. TERRIBLE water pressure, could hear people walking in the room above us. Air conditioner made clicking noise consistently. They were unable to find our booking for about 15 minutes, questioned if we were at the right place. Even with booking number and name and looking physically at reservation on phone. The cost was more than it was worth. That was the most upsetting. We sprung for a more expensive hotel thinking it would be worth it.
