Liked: Location was ideal for our purposes. Very close to the outlet mall and the Lamar Dixon Center.
Disliked: We have stayed at this location several times, at the same time of year. Spring Regional 4H matches at APSO range. We never had any problems in the past. This year several baseball teams were staying at the property at the same time. These were not 11 yr old Little League kid. Think 6 ft teenage boys on travel teams. They had at least 4, maybe 6 teenagers in the adjoining room. They yelled and screamed until past midnight. We called the front desk. They settled down until 2:30 AM when they started yelling and screaming in the hallway. Our event started at 6:30 AM, meaning we had to get up and get moving at 5 AM. TERRIBLE STAY

Disliked: We stay at Hiltons most of the time because of the standards. This room was worn and the shower needed work.

Liked: Staff was great! It was Christmas week and they went above and beyond even through they were working instead of home with family. It meant a lot to me.
Disliked: Did not like pet friendly floors being upstairs. My dog was terrified of the elevator. Need a few on the bottom floor at least at one end.

Liked: Our bed was SO comfortable! The room and the entire building was very clean, no weird smells. Pancakes were fluffy and abundant.
Disliked: The breakfast selection was meh. Very limiting for anyone with dietary boundaries. Meatless selections would be appreciated.
