Liked: Very clean, staff was great ,right off the highway but far enough off the highway it was very quiet. Breakfast every morning . Full sized fridge in the room was awesome
Disliked: Bed was firmer than I like but that’s me . At breakfast butter was too cold to spread but these are minor things in the big picture

Liked: The hotel staff was very accommodating and the room was clean.
Disliked: The hot water didnt work properly and we were put in a mobility accessible room which i hadn't requested and i had reserved a room with double beds and they were full size beds instead. I dont know who designed this place but the pool gets almost no sun so it stays very cold and not of any use in cooler temps. 🤔

Disliked: I requested a additional towels from housekeepers, none spoke fluent English nor their manager!Assigned rooms to far from elevators forus Senior family members!
