Near Dickie’s Arena. Clean; comfortable beds; loved the kitchenette area. Everything was just right.

Disliked: The staff was probably the worst staff I have dealt with in my travels during the last 15 years. Not friendly. Not helpful.

Liked: I like how close it was to the Dickies Arena, I liked how you could get on the elevator through the back part of the hotel it felt private and not odd having to pass through the front desk the hotel does include breakfast we definitely enjoyed our stay!
Disliked: The only thing we didn’t like was that it was a bit confusing to find the entrance to the parking area if you’re not familiar with the area!

Liked: The location is prime for a variety of activities around Ft Worth

Liked: Everything was clean, ready at the designated time, and staff were wonderful! A positive experience!
Disliked: Paying for early check in. But the room was ready when promised.
