Near Dickie’s Arena. Clean; comfortable beds; loved the kitchenette area. Everything was just right.

Liked: The location was good. The room was pretty clean.
Disliked: The breakfast was dismal. I had no options to eat. No yogurt except this gross yogurt dispenser. No fruit. No hot breakfast. Only muffins, bread, cereal and breakfast sandwiches with sausage that were sitting under a heat lamp looking sad. They seem understaffed. I had to wait for my room key while one employee spent loads of time checking in the person in front of me. I had to wait for a second employee to come help me with my room key on Wednesday because the girl at the desk was busy preparing for a large booking, she didn't have time to help me. Maybe it would have been nicer if she did that somewhere else if she couldn't be bothered to stop and help me. When we left they were checking in a large group of two buses and I had to make my way through the crowd to turn my key in. I had to ask the girl where can I just leave my key for checkout? I need to be on the road now. She just told me to drop it on the desk. Maybe there should have again been a second employee to deal with the customers that were already staying in your hotel.

Overall, it's an excellent hotel...

Liked: The location is great--close to cultural venues, as well as downtown, restaurants and the medical centers/hospitals. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. Bathrooms are large and well appointed. Another plus is the covered parking area. The room rates are good on average, but if there are big events going on in Fort Worth, then the rates can be pricey.
Disliked: The breakfast could be better. There are grab-and-go items, and breakfast sandwiches that can be heated up (not that good). Also, I believer there are waffle and oatmeal options. Other hotels offer eggs, bacon/sausage, biscuits, potatoes, toast, fresh fruit, etc. This hotel could meet that level and be really great! This is the only improvement that I see.

Liked: It was very close to the arena for The APHA Youth World Games. The suite was great and the bed was so comfy! Pillows were great - I’m very picky about my pillows and I loved these! Slept great!
