Great location and staff but...

Liked: I loved that the hotel was on the main strip, it was close to grocery stores, the outlet, and OWA.The staff was very friendly!
Disliked: Rooms were Dirty, mirrors were poorly cleaned, someone?s hair was all throughout the bathroom, travel soap dish was left in the shower, counters were not clean.

The stay was excellent, I...

Liked: I love the location, it was close to OWA.
Disliked: The pool was way too small. there were a ton of people swimming and the kids were basically on top of one another. I was constantly on the edge of my seat .

was a very bad experience...

Liked: it was close to the mall
Disliked: it had roaches the bed was horrible the breakfast was horrible just microwave biscuits and cereal there was a waffle machine but the line was so long for it the bathroom was so small the staff at night when we checked in were on her cell phone and didn?t acknowledge us for about 3 minutes
