Liked: Very clean . Convent to what we were there to do.
Disliked: The water was not hot enough and took a long time to get to a decent temperature.

Liked: The rooms are large and well equipped.
Disliked: The drains of the sink and shower did not work so I had to clean them myself. The room service is every two days by request, fine but just for others to know beforehand. The soundproofing is very poor, I could hear the guests on either side of my room every night. The windows do not open so you need to rely on the climate control for the room comfort. Do not count on the breakfast, it is not edible.

Liked: Excellent location! Staff was very friendly, pleasant, and prompt to respond to needs. Coffee was hot and fresh.
Disliked: Beds had hair on them. The sheets were obviously cleaned, but still had lots of hair all over them. Shower didn't appear clean, and water backed up into shower when using it. There were no pillowcases in the linens for the pullout couch. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, with minimal options available.
