Liked: The location is near to the outlet mall and OWA.
Disliked: The walls are thin. You can hear people in the hall, next door and above you. On my stay, the people above me in 316 were extremely noisy. Kids were noisy. They kept dropping heavy objects on the floor and ran around the whole time. Complained to front desk upon checkout. The agent said the manager would call me. The manager never called. Lastly, agent on duty the night before wasn't very knowledgeable. She never quite had the answer to anything I asked her. I feel that hotel agents should be able to answer certain questions about transactions, the hotel and maybe the surrounding area...

Liked: The ladies at the front desk were very helpful.
Disliked: We were there for 4 days, they never brought new towels or picked up trash, and we had to put it in the hallway. If you need anything, I have to go to the front desk to get it tolit paper was not refilled.
