Liked: Hotel employee in housekeeping was so kind and courteous. The hotel was clean, quite, and comfortable. We would have stayed an additional night if there was availability.

Liked: Customer security was a priority. Key card needed to take elevator to room floors.
Disliked: Pool rules of unsupervised kids in the pool did not seem to be in forced.

Liked: Breakfast was good but crowded. Room was good size and clean. Our grandchildren LOVED the pool.
Disliked: The breakfast personel could have used some extra help because of the volume.

Liked: The location was great really close to everything. The rooms had a nice Kitchenette and rooms were spacious and had lots of shelving and cabinets for our items/clothes. The breakfast food was good but the staff had a hard time keeping up with restocking the food and coffee. Had to heat up food because the temp was too cold for some items.
Disliked: The dishwasher in the room didn’t work. Housekeeping only cleaned our room once in our 4 day stay and that was only to make beds, restock towels and toilet paper no real cleaning was actually done. And we had to ask for housekeeping to come to our room. The hotel completely emptied the pool and refilled it while we were there so it was freezing cold water. We brought our dogs with but the dedicated area outside for them was overgrown and not mowed.
