Disliked: Before we were to check in, we were at Beef and Boards for a performance of "Jersey Boys." Before the performance began, my daughter was hit in the head with a heavy coffee pot by a server on the tier above us. Coffee was spilled on her, on me, on the table, and glassware was broken. 911 was called, she was taken to St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis by ambulance, and was treated for a concussion. After we arrived at the hotel, we decided that returning home was the best option so we left. We explained the situation to the desk clerk and she made a note of it on our file. She said she couldn't do anything about returning the cost of the room to us since we made the reservation through Booking.com. While I understand that we did check in, my daughter took a nap on the bed, I read while she was napping (and sat on the couch), we used the bathroom, and then decided to check out and return home where she would be closer to our local doctors and hospital if needed.

Disliked: When we got there, there were no keys because the key thing was broke. So we went to dinner and when we came back, there still was no keys. He was giving out the master key to people to get into their rooms. So he had to call a room to find out where the master key was. We had to wait and wait for key. He gave us the master key and then we took it back down right away. We were not happy that that key could get in any room and we were given it. it did not make us feel safe. So then at 9:30 at night the phone rings which wakes up our little girl. And he didn't answer then he called us again and wanted to know if we had the master key. Which made us feel very unsafe again to know that someone had the master key. And remember that breakfast does NOT go with the room price. We were not happy with our stay.

Liked: Choices for breakfast in was good. The location was great right off the highway with other stores close as well
Disliked: I did ask for rooms near. When I checked in our rooms were on different floors. I was asked if I wanted them near, I said yes I asked for that. There was a room found just down the hall in same floor. It turned out ok. We were awakened in the night by upstairs children jumping, running which was not good, so sleep was short...
