Great facility. Staff was friendly....

Liked: I love the space you have in the room. Bed/ living area along with kitchenette. I also loved that there was shampoo and body wash in the shower already.
Disliked: The only thing is when we got to our room the tile walking in was sticky. But we just wet a towel and wiped it up and it was fine.

Stressful but nice room

Liked: The room we ended up in was fine but it was very stressful. They told us we didn’t have a reservation, even after giving them the confirmation number. We had to sit around and wait while they tried to figure out. We were then told we will put you in a room but don’t know if you can stay again tomorrow, as reserved. We were tired and frustrated and took the room not knowing if we would have to move the next day.
Disliked: A LOT of confusion about our confirmed reservation.
