Disappointing

Liked: The hotel appeared clean. But I was bit by something while sleeping. Other than that everything was fine.
Disliked: I noticed while asleep my hand and the back of head starter into itch. In the morning I noticed three knots in the back of my head and left hand swelled. Something had bitten me while sleeping. The next day my arm swelled and I had a knot come on my left knee. I went to the emergency room. I was told I either had a tick bite or a spider bite. I was giving an antibiotic,and three other medications. I have been trying to speak with a manager but no one has responded.

Thin walls/ceiling for a hotel

Disliked: Home2Suites is always my favorite option, so I was disappointed with this location - especially for the price point. Midway through the evening my air conditioner started making a really loud noise and I had to turn it off so I could try to sleep; all night I could hear the stomping from the guest above my room; and in the morning I was woken very early by a neighbor's alarm that kept going off. I understand the AC unit because things happen, but clearly there are very thin walls and, as a result, I barely slept at all.
