Disliked: The elevator went out..three flights of stairs with a bad knee was terrible.

Disliked: Our sofa bed was full of trash and food and spilled liquid. Our son could not sleep on it. It was filthy!

Liked: The location was by a target, dollar tree, several department stores, restaurants, & movies. The expressway next to us allowed a faster trip to our destinations. Breakfast was great

Liked: Juice was watered now and NOT 100% juice as dispenser showed. Food was cold and not very tasty.
Disliked: “Refresh” of room was a joke. Coffee not refilled. Pillow with no pillowcase counters not cleaned.

Liked: The property was clean, convenient, and amenities in room were great! Breakfast was yummy! Staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The beds were too hard, but that’s my preference. Also, I wish the rooms had safes in them.

Liked: Awesome service front desk great location close to everything you could think of super comfortable bed and pull out quiet even though it's by the highway good hot breakfast
Disliked: Induction stove with one pan and no other pans in room the bathroom wasn't cleaned well hair on top of dispensers that were almost empty upon arrival dusty phone and top.of refrigerator
