Not a terrible stay but...

Liked: The room was big and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was pretty good
Disliked: There were hairs in our shower when we checked in, they didn’t tell us prior to our stay that they were renovating. I couldn’t even push my stroller through the hallways because all of the stuff The bottom of the pool is very rough, all the my kids had blisters on the bottom of their feet after swimming

Dirty and poor customer service!

Disliked: We got to the hotel and our room was filthy. There was trash out laying on the desk and some type of brown liquid running down the walls. The floor clearly wasn’t vacuumed and the couch in the room was imbedded with dirt. The pictures online versus what we walked into were day and night! It was horrible! We ended up leaving and were told we wouldn’t get charged as we were only there for no longer than 10 minutes. They ended up charging our card anyways. Booking.com ended up taking care of the situation for us but the hotel customer service was terrible. Continued to blame it on Booking.com just to find out they were the ones who went ahead with the charge as we did the pay at hotel option. Multiple calls to the hotel just to hear lies. Extremely disappointed!

Disliked: For a Hilton it was very underwhelming. Needs to be updated. Stains in the carpets. Mold in the bathroom. Didnt get the King bed. Sheets didnt fit the bed. Very pricey for what we got.

Liked: Nice place to stay. Room was big. Kitchen area was nice. Grear staff. Will stay here again
