Great hotel! Great stay!

Liked: The staff is awesome, specifically the front desk girls. Shana and Trish helped me big time with my booking issues and my early arrival. The overnight girl (didn't get her name) was super helpful when I lost my key. Thanks for everything girls!!!
Disliked: The room was almost perfect. As an ex housekeeper I tend to be a little picky about cleanliness and most of the room was perfect. The bathroom could have used another look.

It was a very relaxing...

Liked: The staff especially Trish and Mat at the front desk and Sherri who work with the kitchen and dining room. They all go above and beyond to make your stay special
Disliked: Nothing

Superb

Liked: Exceptional details. Quality products (shampoo/conditioner/wash). Privacy & darkening shade. Lots of room. Kitchen. Excellent water temp & pressure in shower. Walk-in shower with safety bar.
Disliked: No hot tub. Our room was on the very end... furthest from elevator.

Liked: Convenient
Disliked: Rooms and hotel seem tired. My bath needed a deep cleaning. Rugs need shampooed. Fire alarm went off during night.
