Disliked: We couldn't turn off the fan in our room and it was loud. The fan in the bathroom wasn't working the entire time

Disliked: Could clean the carpet more often

Liked: The rooms were amazing, clean, large, and super comfortable. The hallways were also clean and fresh smelling.
Disliked: The pool was not open. We were a soccer team staying overnight and there was no reason for it to be closed. We booked months ago and were not given a heads up prior or we would have cancelled.

Liked: The room was very large, clean and comfortable. My kids loved the complimentary cookies and hot chocolate. We were very bummed to get there and learn that the pool was not warm enough to swim. They rectified the situation by allowing us to go across the parking lot to the other hotel to swim so that made us happy!
