Liked: The extra suite amenities for the same price as other hotels non suite prices
Disliked: Emergency vehicle sirens in the area throughout the night, but being from a small town I don’t often hear sirens. I assume this is normal for a larger city

Liked: The staff had just the right combination of attentiveness and courtesy to make you feel at home.
Disliked: There was nothing I did not like.

Friendly staff, on going cleaning...

Liked: The breakfast provided variety for most people. But some GF options and Dairy free options were minimal if any. Rooms were very clean, friendly cleaning staff -- appreciated. All staff very friendly and available. Available fresh fruit appreciated.
Disliked: Requests upon registering being looked at & considered would be a good idea. A room in a quiet area was the request and the room faced the highways. Also, the windows need a good cleaning inside with a good window cleaning spray. Very streaky.
