Liked: Good location
Disliked: Had the room booked for months and was told we could pay at the hotel with cash when we got there. They called us 2 hours before we arrived and said we had to pay now with card or they would give our room away because they were filling up. We were not prepared for that and could only pay half but that satisfied them. The pool was murky and changed the white in my bathing suit to a yellow color. No towels at the pool. Our shower was not clean. Asked for new towels and didn't get them til the next evening. Breakfast was good but ended at 9 am which was slightly early for us. Everything else was nice.

Liked: Everything you could ask for. Beautiful room, large TV, very clean and comfortable. Malik was very helpful
Disliked: Minor but the water pressure in shower was weak

Liked: Room was clean. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Booked a handicap room for the ability expo for our handicap son. We checked in when we got there, got our room, and they changed us to a non handicap room without saying anything. Air conditioner would not get cold, TV would not keep a signal.

Exceptional

Liked: We loved everything. We are booking this hotel for next year's Abilities Expo. The staff made sure I had an accessible room for me and my daughter. That alone makes this place excellent, especially when so many overlook those who are differently-abled.

Liked: All in all, very nice stay, pool is small, outdoor areas where nice , nice location was close to everything, and the staff was very nice 😀.
Disliked: My room was on the 4th floor, and my room was clean and really nice, full fridge , but there was a buzzing in my bathroom, I just shut the door, problem solved.
