Liked: This was our first stay at a Home2 Suites. The room was very sspacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was much better than most chain hotels. The staff was helpful. We like that it is right off the exit and close to other restaurants and shopping. Very nice experience. We highly recommend and will stay again.

Dirty and disappointing.

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: There were clumps of body hair as though someone had shaved and dumped it in the pool and trash floating. Our room had food dripping down the ac unit and hair stuck to the bathroom walls and door. There were crumbs and hair inside of the sheets at the top and bottom. I manage a hotel and was appalled that the front desk staff member used the F word repeatedly, albeit while apologizing. A refund was granted, but we had to change our own sheets and tell the front desk to shut down the pool. He said that he was aware the pool was bad but not that bad. The lack of response from management to apologize for our wreck of an experience is a tell tale sign of why the room was in the shape it was.

Disliked: I got charged for the night, I didn’t get to use the night because I never appeared on their system but I had confirmation number and everything. Haven’t gotten refunded by booking.com and had to pay again to sleep there because it was 2:30 am. Horrible and still haven’t gotten refunded.
