Nice New Concept

Liked: Size of the room was great - had two queen beds plus a couch with a pullout.. Also had a full kitchenette with dishes etc and a nice bathroom - water pressure was on the high end. Free cookies - free breakfast. All good.
Disliked: Access to the property wasn't the greatest - no stop light creates a bit of a precarious pullout.

Liked: Layout, cleanliness, room size, ample towels, good breakfast
Disliked: Pillows were too mushy and did not support my neck, even using two at a time. There were also small squares vice rectangles that I'm used to It was hard to access the main road from the hotel due to traffic and lacking a stoplight

Liked: Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. Very clean. Room very comfortable with lots of storage and kitchen equipment. Full size fridge. No cooktop. Dishwasher and garbage disposal in sink. Iron and ironing board. Two cup coffee pod coffee maker in room. Variety of hot caffeinated tea bags available downstairs. Free cookies. Free bottled water at check in and check out. Convenient onsite parking. Convenient location for Carolina Theater and restaurants near Duke. Lots of breakfast options. Hot and cold foods. Even cut fresh fruit available.
