Disliked: No established quiet hoursRoom was adequately clean but looked a bit run down, sleeper sofa looked dirty and stainedNo breakfast one morning due to “unforeseen circumstances” - assuming a staff member called outI requested a 3rd floor room when I remotely checked in and ended up on the first floor ( I did not request a change or discuss with staff so not their fault)

Disliked: Shower pressure was awful and wasn't fixed even after asking staff multiple times.

Disliked: Room housekeeping is not everyday. If you pass your schedule day, You have to wait until next schedule day.
