Liked: I have stayed at this hotel several times when in Raleigh/Durham and I am pleased each time. It's clean and comfortable and customer service has always been good.
Disliked: The breakfast area is congested but still doable. The bathroom doors are so close to the commodes that you have to stand a certain way not to hit yourself with the door. The parking lot is small and it will fill up fast.

Liked: It was comfortable and the location was perfect for my purposes. The breakfast was very nice and most of the staff were very friendly. Tea, coffee and chilled water were available 24/7 and the laundry was very convenient.
Disliked: The couch in the room needs to be replaced. The ottoman was damaged around the edges and the curtain between the bedroom and lounge area was very dirty. The sound travels between the rooms. Breakfast could be until 9.30am rather than 9am. They were packing up while people were dishing up hot food. Surely they could have given them a chance to get what they required.
