Some hiccups but overall a...

Liked: Nice hotel with a pool. Excellent places to eat right in the same parking lot.
Disliked: All of the washers and dryers broke leaving me with a bag of soaking wet laundry. My husband and kids also got stuck in the elevator with other people and had to pry the door open. Later we saw an AC unit cooling off the mechanical room, and the elevators were working properly then.

One of the best places...

Liked: This hotel was great the best place we stayed during our whole vacation. Cameron was so much help. I would give him a AAAtttt
Disliked: Everything. The location, the room, the bed. The service was the best Carmen was a super star very helpful. For being on a busy street and right off the freeway it was very quiet.

This was the worst hotel...

Liked: Because of our rotten experience, we did not pay for our room. However, that only happened because my husband demanded it.
Disliked: We arrived at 6:00 pm, and the room was not ready. We waited for 20 minutes and were given our room key, only to find that the room was a disaster from the previous occupants. We then had to wait another hour before the room was "ready." There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, so we turned it on and discovered that the dishwasher was flooding the kitchen area. A while later, I took a shower in the handicap accessible stall. The two drains backed up, flooded the bathroom and kitchen area, and seeped into the bedroom carpet. We were given piles of towels to mop up the water. The hotel was too understaffed to clean it up. We asked for another room but were told they were fully booked, as were other local hotels.

Liked: Was a good size room for our family it was vary clean. The breakfast was vary good. And the staff where wonderful.
Disliked: We take the grandkids to a hotel every valentines weekend to play in a pool and to use the hottub but the hottub was cold and green and the pool was cold also. The kids played in the pool anyway. But we would not use the hottub to worried about bacteria. We where Disappointed... I expected better out of a Hilton that's why I choose them.
