Liked: BreakFast was excellent
Disliked: Housekeeping. Stayed for 5 days. Had to ask at desk Gor towels after 3 days. Had to ask desk for toilet paper. That should at least knock and ask if we need something. No housekeeping check in until I complained on day 4.

Rude employees and bugs

Disliked: Bugsout of towels for the pool and only had 2 towels the entire stay . Went and asked for towels twice and the employees would say they are being washed each time and would get back on their phone or computer Employees are rude and talk to you like they own the place and could care less. Was told not to put butter on my waffle lol it was funny but why would an employee say that to someone. She wasn’t joking either she said don’t do that with the butter . Then she shut the waffle maker off on me I folded the couch bed out on the last night and my daughter woke up hand swollen and pinky finger from bugs biting her on the couch bed . It’s oozing clear fluid and puss and looks horrible. I have pictures of everything

Liked: Easy access to the main strip. The beach is walk away, literally down the street from the hotel. Staff was very accommodating.

Liked: Walking distance to the beach and eatery.
Disliked: The room still had hair on the bed and pillows of pull out bed. There was a used washcloth hanging on the shower head. The soap and lotion bottles were empty.
