An otherwise decent stay overshadowed...

Liked: The location, room, service we all great. My bad review has only to do with the shameful use of disposables during breakfast, which I describe more fully in the "what didn't you like" section.
Disliked: I was shocked by the unnecessary and shameful use of disposables during breakfast. This included polystyrene plates, plastic cutlery, and paper cups. Guests were offered no non-disposable alternatives. This was particularly disappointing given Hilton’s stated sustainability commitments in other areas, such as refillable shampoo and soap dispensers and towel reuse service. For this reason alone, I will not consider staying at Hilton hotels again.I want to clarify that we attender breakfast at 9:15 so there might have been non-disposable alternative earlier, and that other aspects including customer service, location, and room quality were all good.
