Overall the stay was good.
Liked: The beds were very comfortable and loved having a size larger than a mini fridge.
Disliked: The lock on the bathroom door was broken. Also, it was very stinky outside in the evenings.

Liked: The breakfast was really good and we enjoyed the pool. The staff was very nice and the room was great. Very roomy.

Disliked: The staff were taking food to eat from the breakfast, which is perfectly acceptable, except I noticed 2 persons using their bare hands, rather than the tongs provided. I have no ideas if their hands were clean.

I will never stay at...
Liked: The location was good. Nice views and near restaurants.
Disliked: The AC unit was very loud in our room. We asked to change rooms or to have someone come out and look at the unit but were told there were no more rooms available due to occupancy and the other rooms that were not occupied hadn’t been cleaned by the staff. Since it was 7pm on a Sunday there was no chance of anyone coming out and looking at the unit to solve what the problem may be. Then we lost all water in our room because a pipe burst. So we had no water for the night. Couldn’t flush toilets wash hands or shower. Next morning the water was back on but it was only cold water. The water pressure was very bad too so you couldn’t even take a freezing cold shower because the water barely came out of the shower head.
