Disliked: Noise. Had a room right next to the lobby and could hear the activity in the lobby. Also heard activity in the driveway outside the windows in the room

Disliked: The overall hotel was ok, the complaint comes with the fact that we originally booked your hotel through Booking.com for the 4th, 5th, leaving the 6th of April. We cancelled that reservation through booking and received receipt of the cancellation and then we rebooked for the 3rd, 4th, 5th leaving the 6th of April. After we stayed at the hotel we received an additional bill for $ 290. When we called the hotel they stated that they had not received the cancellation from booking and that it caused them to hold the room for us. Complete BS as we added a day to our stay, nice way to rip people off. Will not be staying with this hotel chain again!
