Disliked: Noise. Had a room right next to the lobby and could hear the activity in the lobby. Also heard activity in the driveway outside the windows in the room

Liked: Not applicable, didn't eat breakfast.
Disliked: The overall hotel was ok, the complaint comes with the fact that we originally booked your hotel through Booking.com for the 4th, 5th, leaving the 6th of April. We cancelled that reservation through booking and received receipt of the cancellation and then we rebooked for the 3rd, 4th, 5th leaving the 6th of April. After we stayed at the hotel we received an additional bill for $ 290. When we called the hotel they stated that they had not received the cancellation from booking and that it caused them to hold the room for us. Complete BS as we added a day to our stay, nice way to rip people off. Will not be staying with this hotel chain again!

Spacious, lovely room in a...

Liked: love Home2Suites for the spacious and well equipped rooms, even when staying for only one night. This facility could have used a little more attention to cleaning but the bed was fantastic and I love all the light. Would suggest an actual blackout curtain between the bed and the sofa and, honestly, four pillows on a king bed are standard - we each like to have two! But, overall, good.
Disliked: As above, more pillows and better attention to cleaning in the bathroom, otherwise excellent.
