Liked: The location.
Disliked: I booked through booking before arrival. There was an issue with booking said we signed up for a king room. There was no king room available. The clerk, did not know what to do. It’s 9:30 in the evening. We have been on the road for 10 hours. We were given a room with 2 queens. That was ok. What wasn’t was that the carpet was wet due to being shampooed. I mean very wet and the entire room. We paid close to $200 for the night. Your breakfast hours need to be earlier. A lot of travelers do not have the time to wait until 7A to have breakfast. A big disappointment! Debbie Crowe
