My relaxation vacation was ruined...

Liked: I enjoyed the comfort of the bed, the friendliness and eagerness to help by Guest Service Agent Issac.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the room had trash on the counters when I checked into the room, the room smelled of smoke, and the nonchalant bad attitude and lack of assistance from guest service agent Patricia. She really showed she did not want to assist with and issue I had.

Not the worse experience but...

Liked: Breakfast not good @ all. Food not hot, selection terrible, no ice, did not keep enough available without waiting.
Disliked: The opposite of above dislikes.

Exceptional

Liked: This hotel is Amazing! It was very clean, accommodating, and very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the room was so spacious. The mini kitchen in the rooms are such a great addition to the space.
Disliked: There was nothing i didn't like.

Liked: Breakfast was very dissapointing. For the price of this hotel and the fact that they advertised hot breakfast you expect at least scarmble eggs, and not even this. Very few things to choose from.
Disliked: The suite room didn't seem like a suite room, it was just a normal room with just a braket to hang a curtain to separate the room in two sections like in a hospital. Normally suite rooms are much larger, like one bedroom and livingroom, not just one single regular room. Very dissapoited given the price was the price what a normla suite hotel will charge for a much bigger room.
