If ever I travel to Dallas again, I will stay here again. The room was clean; the amenities were good. Did not get an opportunity to try breakfast, but it was offered. When I needed anything, the request was acknowledged without any attitudes or resistance. Very polite and helpful, the two gentlemen at the desk. Walking distance to The Stackhouse restaurant which was great. Parking was safe. Lots of cameras.

Liked: Had a appointment at Baylor Scott Hospital for some test and this Hotel couldn't have been any closer. Very accommodating, rooms were better than expected. Staff was right on and friendly. Price was OK except for being charged for a support dog, which they told me at checkin there would be NO CHARGE. Originally signed up for parking across the street at a opened parking lot, as nothing was noted about parking. The lot didn't look safe and couldn't come and go. Once ya park you can't leave until your time expires. After getting to the Hotel, we found you can park in a parking garage right next door. Which was a blessing as it ended up raining. There is also a fee for using the parking garage, which I wasn't aware of until checkout. But wasn't no big deal, other than not being aware of that. Definitely will stay again as I have future appointments at Baylor Scott Hospital.
Disliked: Wasn't able to enjoy the pool as it was raining. But y'all can't control the weather

Liked: Great hotel. The room was clean with a lot of amenities. Staff was nice.
Disliked: The walls are paper thin. Several people on the 4th floor were talking loudly in the hallway and playing music at a high volume after midnight. The noise would quiet down only for it to resume 30 minutes later. The parking garage cost an additional $19, and since it wasn't adjacent to the hotel (shared with the medical facilities next door), random people hung out in the elevator. There was a homeless lady in her underwear riding the elevator up and down asking for money, so I had to take the stairs with my luggage. The location of the hotel was fairly close to the venue for the event I went to, but the fact that the hotel is surrounded by medical buildings means that I constantly heard sirens go by in the middle of the night. I wish my experience had been better. I'll definitely stay at a Home2 Hilton hotel in the future, just a different location. I wouldn't book here again. Also, I asked for a receipt for my stay, but the staff told me since I booked through a third party site, it would show up there. I've received receipts at other hotels that I've booked through Booking.com before, if this is a policy exclusive to this hotel chain it would have been nice to know ahead of time. At the very least, a receipt should be provided for paying the deposit. I do need to clarify that the staff was always informative and professional, I have no complaints about the service they provided.
