Liked: Breakfast was good when it was available.
Disliked: When the power went out, nothing was done to assist. No checking on people, no flashlights offered, no way to charge devices...just a bunch of employees sitting around playing on their phones. The power was out from 5:30am to 8:30 pm. No reduction in cost was offered

Liked: Everything was excellent.
Disliked: When we made a noise complaint at midnight, nothing was done and we had to listen to next door for about 2hours.
