Minor problems, resolved with professionalism...

Liked: Staff resolved problems - we got issued a room that was taken due to a staff-stay issue. We had to go into a pet-friendly room that smelled bad. BUT, staff (Raymond) and Mgr resolved it for us the next day by offering us a discount - this really made up for the bad smell and the inconvenience of back and forth.
Disliked: The smell in the room. But staff was very apologetic the next morning.

Liked: I like the grocery store and other stores walking distance
Disliked: Would like vending machines in floor
