Disappointed

Liked: The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: I asked for a shower chair and they gave me a transfer bench. The room that I reserved was supposed to be a handicapped bathtub with handrails which would have worked with the transfer bench. The bed was uncomfortable and way too hard I only slept 2 hours.

Superb

Liked: Family friendly and CLOSE to just about everything! Perfect for a family that wants to explore the city.
Disliked: The pool could’ve been WAY MORE warmer. The room is heated however the pool wasn’t or it was lacking on warmth.
