Rude staff and disappointing cleanliness...

Liked: Great location around food and activities.
Disliked: Housekeeping staff or engineer team aren’t paying attention to rust and mildew build up in bathrooms. Housekeeping staffing isn’t cleaning corners of showers or behind the doors well. I look for this after working in hospitality. Night auditor who checked us in had a huge attitude when we showed up at 4 AM despite me calling ahead to let the hotel know we would be doing a late check in. It set the tone for us. We found another hotel with kind staff on our return to Columbus.

Liked: There wasn't a single thing about this that was even almost acceptable. They lost our reservation and we had to stay elsewhere.
Disliked: They lost our reservation and we had to stay at another hotel. I will never use a 3rd party to book a room ever again.

Liked: The staff was amazing. Probably the kindest staff I've ever encountered at a hotel. Breakfast was great and there was many options.
Disliked: My room wasn't cleaned very good, but they seemed to be very short staffed so it was what it was.

Disliked: Richard was rude, My reservation was cancelled without my knowledge. When I called after I got an email. Richard said everything was fine, upon my arrival it was not. he assured me on the phone that my reservation was from fri-sat. to my demise it was not. rather than owning up to his mistake, he stood there and argued with me. very unprofessional.

Disliked: It was some dog poop in my room from previous customers and that there told me they didn’t clean up and charged me 250$ for smoking in the building when I didn’t
