Exceptional

Liked: Location is central to the activities we enjoying in Columbus, like the zoo and COSI. Shopping very close and many options for eating.

We visited Columbus to go...

Liked: The location is great. Lots of restaurants and shops around. There is a costco and costco gas right next to the hotel. The hotel was booked that night and there was plenty of parking. My room was located on the 4th floor and there was an ice machine near the elevator. We ate at a place called Roosters. We had the potato skins and soft pretzels for an appetizer. My fiance had the honey BBQ wings and I had a cheese burger for dinner. Later that night had ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery.
Disliked: There are 2 elevators for the whole building and they were located on one side of the building.

Awesome Home away from home,...

Liked: Everything. Literally everything! The bed was Uber comfy, the breakfast was superb, and staff super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Hot water took some time to make it all the way down the hall to our room. We learned to start the shower 5 minutes early...

Will stay here again

Liked: Breakfast was good and the cleanliness of the hotel and keeping up with maintenance and keeping floors clean from the pool were great. The staff was very kind

This location serves me well...I...

Liked: Breakfast was OK at best. The hot items were inconvenient to remove from their display container. Location is great for food and fun. easy access to the highway but far enough away not to hear traffic noise. I've been to this location several times and will continue to go there.
Disliked: A minor disappointment was telling the front desk of a temp control issue. Thermostat would have an error code after running a short time. Room got a bit too warm. I had a three nights stay and it never was addressed.
