Liked: Our door lock didn't work, locking us out of our room but when we told the young man at the desk, he immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it for us.
Disliked: The breakfast was good, but nothing was hot, not even the coffee-it was lukewarm at best.

Liked: Location was ideal as it was close to Fort Jackson
Disliked: The property is wonderful. The fact that the hotel overbooked is the problem . We called the hotel whilst on our way and they never said anything. We were placed in room 220 without the two beds we booked and to make matters worse they charged my card twice and tells me they’re only seeing one charge.

Disappointed for the price! Expected...

Disliked: Not as clean as I would expect from Hilton room smelled musty the rest of the hotel. Outside and lobby smelled amazing!!!

Liked: Tha accommodations, cleanliness and location to other establishments were excellent. Our stay was very comfortable and staff were professional. I will definitely choose Home2suites for my next stay in Columbia, SC.
