Disliked: When we arrived at the hotel around 9:15pm. The host was not very friendly. She asked for my name and ID and my payment information. I gave both to her and she looked at it and handed it back. She charged my card with a 25.00 incidental charges without telling me. I wasn’t given my complementary bag. We were placed on the 3rd floor when exiting off the elevator the hallway smelled horrible. After driving 300 miles with 2 children we were ready for bed. The walls are very thin and could hear things around us. The people above us had children running and jumping on the bed until 2 AM which was very annoying. I did not call the front desk, but was advised by the staff the next day that I should’ve done that and also the staff the next day did provide us with our complementary bag of goodies, which I appreciated.

Liked: Huge suite easily accommodating all 6 of us
Disliked: It really is minor compared to the wonderful experience we had there, but when we went to breakfast about 8:10 am (closes at 9) there were no forks left, and no syrup for the waffles. Also, the breakfast sandwiches looked amazing, but the bread was hard.

Liked: The room wat the perfect size for my family. The breakfast was okay but clearly reheated from a frozen state instead of being fresh.
Disliked: The signage to make the turn into the property could be better. It was difficult to see unless you knew the Dunkin Doughnuts was in front of the entrance.

Liked: This hotel is really great to a good price! We were staying one night and leaved in the morning to Congaree National Park. The bed was suuuper comfy. The room was big and clean, so good with a little kitchen area where we could prepere some sandwiches. And the staff were so nice!
