The staff here are very welcoming and helpful.

convenient hotel with kitchenette for...

Liked: The staff were great and very friendly.
Disliked: The room was very dirty and gross. Also, checkin and complimentary breakfast was very confusing because there was overlap with the other hotel and we could not tell where our hotel was vs the hilton garden in. Also the ice machine on our floor did not work and we did not have an ice bucket.

Would not return and would...

Liked: The location was ideal for our trip to USC.
Disliked: Our first night, we had no air conditioning and a door that did not close properly. After requesting a move multiple times, we were out on a new floor that was not very clean. Pool was never open during our entire stay.

Liked: It was in good proximity of university of south carolina
Disliked: We were unaware of the pool being closed which was very disappointing being 90 plus degrees out. Also the fact we had to pay 15.00 for parking. Also my husband had to go down to the front desk for more toilet paper. Plus no clock in the room.

Terrible. Just terrible. I can’t...

Liked: The girl at the friend desk was nice. That was it. She was helpful in the morning when I was leaving and I’m very grateful. Every single other aspect of staying at this hotel was the worst I’ve ever experienced
Disliked: It was loud. Music played until 2 am. Parking lot was full so I had to park on the street but the night manager still wouldn’t refund my parking payment. The blinds were broken and there were no curtains so I had to sleep with a giant industrial spotlight that illuminated the hotel at night shining on my face in bed. I asked the night manager for help or to switch rooms and he was completely unwilling to help me.
