Liked: The place was full. I felt it was unstaffed. The place was filthy. It needs a complete facelift. The carpet is worn and dirty. Trash cans overflowing. Pool area full of cigars and butts. landscape needs help. Trash everywhere in parking lot. Loud unruly kids. One elevator working. Computers down, only I am sorry when asked. Probably will never book there again. For the price, I expected better.
Disliked: read above, bathroom in room had rust, mold on wall, leaky shower stains. Staff seemed ok, need more professional image. a lot of smokers there.

Liked: The AC in the room was very loud. There was a AC/heating unit under the window and a wall controller and I wasn’t sure which one was controlling the temperature. I like the full kitchen with all the kitchen supplies. I also liked the amount of towels provided in the bathroom. They had shampoo and body wash but no conditioner. They provided make up remover pads and bar hand soap which was nice. The breakfast was great! I especially enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches so you could take and go. The bed was comfortable. Pillows were very soft but did not have any issues with neck stiffness. Staff was great. Especially the gentleman who was working on Saturday night. Very helpful!! I was having problems with WiFi and he was very patient. Great attitude and great customer service! Excellent representative for your facility. I would come back again because of the staff. All super friendly from the housekeepers, breakfast attendant to all front desk employees! You are all doing a great job!
