Liked: Rooms were nice. However, the keying system did not work at first, so it took two trips back to the lobby to finally get our own key cards.
Disliked: Front desk clerk was outside of the hotel when we arrived at 4, talking with some people in a car. She came in after a few minutes... but then made us wait while she took a phone customer. They need 1-2 more people at the front desk during the day.

Liked: The size and cleanliness of the room was great. I liked that when I checked in the heat was on for me in my room and it was comfortable. I only had one interaction with staff and that was when I checked in. We were only able to have breakfast on one of the mornings, it was good. Most of our stay was spent at families homes so we were unable to enjoy the pool.
Disliked: I would have like a later check out.

Liked: very nice facilities, very clean and friendly. great to have a hotel away from the railroad tracks. rooms were very generous and would be great for longer stays

Liked: Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and for breakfast they had a good variety of choices to pick from.
Disliked: We did have an issue with the air conditioner but when we let the staff know they took care of it right away.
