Liked: Location, price, breakfast, comfortable beds
Disliked: My first time staying at a Hilton property. I had trouble getting into the app - my flight was delayed significantly, and my friend flew separately. I needed her to be able to check in and still wanted to pay for the room. I told the front desk staff more than once I could not get into the app, yet she continued to reference how I could use the app to update my reservation with my friend's name. I wanted to still use my credit card, but my friend was required to give hers at check-in. When I got to the hotel, I gave my cc and asked them to list it as the primary, I was told this was done. My friend's card was charged the next day. I was surprised that there was so much difficulty to assist a customer who had a delayed flight and how this interfered with how your accounting system closes out the day at midnight.

Disliked: For the amount of the room the breakfast was not as expected. Shower head in the restroom could be cleansed the pressure of the water flow

Liked: Very spacious looked like a loft apartment style restroom was big as well big plus a nice and working ac unit
Disliked: The shower floor was dirty …walls are hallow I stayed on the bottom floor and was able to hear the loud footsteps coming from the top floor breakfast was bland and only good thing was the waffle if anything
