Liked: I like the layout of the room. The facility is very clean. The workout room was great to have there. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Front desk staff seem to be busy else we're doing work and not readily available but when they were there, they were nice and accommodating

Liked: Breakfast was pretty good. Room was available at arrival. Quiet.
Disliked: Pool was freezing and no towels available, shower in room was dirty, at breakfast the waffle batter was runny and at the bottom we asked about it before using. The worker was rude and said “it’s been fine all morning” without checking what we were saying. We used it. Waffles were a mess. So she came and realized it needed refilled. We had stayed at a Home2suites previously in a different area and it was very clean and a good experience so we didn’t question trying this. Never again.
