Liked: The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They really went above and beyond with everyone I saw them interact with. On the morning of checkout we went down for breakfast and there was a gentleman who has some sort of medical emergency and the staff took great care of him to keep him comfortable until medics arrived.
Disliked: Nothing to report here

Exceptional

Liked: The manager Darin was amazing. I called you booking.com to see if I could.move.my stay from 2 nights to 1 night. The rep stated she contact the hotel and everything was all setWhen I spoke with the manager he stated there was no record of this. He was amazing to us and worked with us.
Disliked: I think I will be booking directly with the hotel from now on.

Liked: The rooms are very spacious, have a kitchenette with a microwave. A great breakfast. The staff are friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: It would nice to have some veggies for breakfast, and the pool was out of service.

Liked: Very clean, nice size room and refrigerator. Bed was very comfortable. Toiletries were stocked and dishes were clean. Hallway and rooms smelled nice. Lobby was inviting. Staff were hospitable. Decent parking despite construction being done. Work did not interfere with our sleep. They were very quiet
Disliked: Pool was being worked on, so it was closed. But it wasn’t a deal breaker.

Liked: The spacious room, the amenities, the breakfast, the gym, and the friendly stay.
Disliked: The room faced the highway and was very noisy.

Disliked: The breakfast could be better but in fairness most continental hotel breakfasts are about the same. I had to hunt down salt and the coffee was out, but no big deal, it was OK.
