Exceptional

Liked: Rooms were wonderfully clean. Furniture was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Clermont area.

Liked: I can't because everything was perfect, the staff, the management, the pool, the location. I mean, everything was perfect. Will be staying there again for our next family reunion. Thank you so much.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like.

It was a good stay

Liked: The room is very comfortable the staff is good and we had a great maid named Julie breakfast and the people who tend to the breakfast were really great
Disliked: The only thing I did not enjoy was that at the pool you can smell what is going on in the laundry room and sometimes there are hot winds coming from somewhere in the laundry room

Liked: Breakfast was very nice, but I’ve had better.
Disliked: Paying $25 in case a needed to pay for something extra. Didn’t appreciate paying for parking. Still have not determined that I got the balance of my $25 back.

Liked: The breakfast was not of good quality. The sausage was horrible and the egg was cold. The shower in my room had trash from the last guests. Which tells me that house keeping did not fully do there job. I have stayed at this hotel before and I love staying there when in town, but cleanliness is very important to me. Thank you. The front desk lady that checked me in was amazing. Great job to her. Sorry I don’t know her name. Wish I did.
