Liked: Clean. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Unfortunately our fridge was not working and all the food we bought and leftovers we put in spoiled. We let the receptionist know and they were going to credit us for the problem. However, since we booked with booking they said they couldn’t give us a credit and we would have to connect with booking. Which we did. The hotel then told booking that they were not going to credit us anymore. Too bad that they are not accountable for the poor experience we had.

Liked: Great location, super convenient and close to everything we needed to do
Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t ideal! Hot food was often cold or not cooked thoroughly. This would be my main complaint

Liked: I was very impressed with the rooms, very nice, spacious, and very clean! The topper, I love the additional security, I felt like I was in a safe place!
Disliked: One dislike… the gentleman asked for an additional $25 deposit after I checked in! If that is your policy it should be added online when booking, that’s the purpose of booking online…not when checking in!!! Just my thoughts!

Disliked: Bathroom size is not accessible even though it was an accessible room.. couldn't get in bathroom with my mobility aid
