A couple of pleasant nights...

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I really appreciated the high-end desk chair, which had excellent back support. Lots of other small touches were appreciated throughout, like the lemon water in the lobby. The shower was pleasant and in good shape. The thermostat seemed to function well. Appreciated the full fridge and microwave in the room, even though this was a short stay. I'll keep that in mind when I return to this area later for a longer trip.
Disliked: The breakfast was acceptable, but better options for my vegan spouse would have been appreciated. The TV in the room was difficult to navigate, though that seems to be typical of hotel TVs these days. Given that this was an off-season mid-week stay at a property in a small town, not particularly close to the major attractions in central Florida, I thought this site shouldn't have been quite so pricey. But I'd probably pick it over other area options again, because it was an excellent and pleasant hotel in a good location for us to visit family in the area.

Liked: Clean. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Unfortunately our fridge was not working and all the food we bought and leftovers we put in spoiled. We let the receptionist know and they were going to credit us for the problem. However, since we booked with booking they said they couldn’t give us a credit and we would have to connect with booking. Which we did. The hotel then told booking that they were not going to credit us anymore. Too bad that they are not accountable for the poor experience we had.

Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t ideal! Hot food was often cold or not cooked thoroughly. This would be my main complaint

Liked: I was very impressed with the rooms, very nice, spacious, and very clean! The topper, I love the additional security, I felt like I was in a safe place!
Disliked: One dislike… the gentleman asked for an additional $25 deposit after I checked in! If that is your policy it should be added online when booking, that’s the purpose of booking online…not when checking in!!! Just my thoughts!

Disliked: Bathroom size is not accessible even though it was an accessible room.. couldn't get in bathroom with my mobility aid
