Liked: Location perfect. Area safe and well provided with shops and restaurants. Buses and El nearby. Room quiet.

Really good option while visiting...
Liked: Location was perfect for pir stay in Chicago. Room was great in size and everything in working condition
Disliked: Breakfast was ok but during rush hour refilling food/beverages was slow because they only have 2 staff which were doing their best to catch up.

Bad service
Liked: Location was good
Disliked: First room given had hair around it and stains on furniture, bed was looking like it was used. Terrible! I asked for a change of room. Room service came in after reminding several times on the fourth day and did very little. Breakfast choices were limited and most of breakfast items were over

Good Hotel, they just need...
Liked: The location of the hotel is amazing. It is pretty close of many attractions, restaurants, theaters, etc. The facilities are pretty good and clean.
Disliked: I think the staff must be trained in customer service. They have to understand how important for the company and for the guests this issue is. For example:1.- I asked for some assistance in the breakfast time and the staff didn't even look at me or say something to let me know they were going to help me2.- When I checked out, the person in front desk just gave the bill and she didn't ask me how my stay was and when I ask about my Hilton points she just said: "I don't know" and once again she didn't even look at me3.- The cleaning service needs to be improved. They say they clean your room and when you come back to it you find the trash cans full, the beds undone, etc.

Fab hotel stay
Liked: Location. Reception staff. Rooms. Views.
Disliked: Cleaning service - stated was every other day and arrived Saturday night with no service till Tuesday. Then on Tuesday it was a 9am knock for service and no return call. We had no towels and could not get any from reception.Also, security guard was not helpful when cards did not activate at night.
