Superb

Liked: Was very pleasantly surprised. Excellent facilities, very good service. The room was excellent and looked like recently refurbished.The location was a little way from the lake front but you could still walk it. The breakfast was a surprise as well. We were expecting the typical American style of watery coffee and donuts but there was cereals, toast, fresh fruit, eggs, sausage patties and a endless supply of milk which you could take to your room for cups of tea!
Disliked: A little bit pricey but to be honest accommodation has gone up so much I'm not sure what is expensive these days!

It was ok

Liked: I liked the cleaning staff, I also liked that u could leave your luggage and the location The main bed was ok!
Disliked: I didn’t like the breakfast But mostly the lady serving the condiments and food in the trays super rude,Not nice at all. We preferred to skip the breakfast and at the start was one of the reasons we booked our stay in the hotelAlso the staff of reception not very nice

I would recommend this hotel.

Liked: Security, cleanliness, location. You must use your room key to access the elevator.
Disliked: Little delay getting into our room. Front desk seemed distracted.

enjoyed our stay

Liked: Breakfast was always well attended. Staff had a difficult time keeping up with the demands of restocking food. They worked really hard but could have used some more help.
Disliked: Better set up for breakfast to eliminate long lines getting food.

I had a wonderful time

Liked: The location is perfect. It was clean and I was very happy with the view.
Disliked: We never got to eat the breakfast because the lines where to long and most everything was out of stock. Not enough workers to replenish the food or items needed to get the breakfast items. The workers that where doing the breakfast were working very hard and definitely needed extra help providing the items needed to serve the breakfast. I think two more workers in the morning for breakfast would be helpful.

Very nice position and good...

Liked: We stayed for 4 nights and we enjoyed the city from this spot. It's really close by the Chicago red line station 5 minutes by walk and 10/15 minutes by the riverwalk. The room was nice and the breakfast was excellent!
Disliked: We didn't like the air conditioning system that was too cold in the common spaces and we had some problems with the cleaning room services, they should clean every other day but in our room they missed 1 day and in 4 days they came only 1 time after our requests and prompts.

Liked: The room was big and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of choice at the complimentary breakfast. The location was good and close to lots of buses.

For being a 3 star...

Liked: It was well Located, as though it was far from my boy’s university it was near trains and lots of restaurants.
Disliked: That they didn’t make the room. I had to ask on my third day and even though they didn’t come. We were four and I have to ask for extra towels because they were all wet. Also there was a rotten smell as you entered the room (720) that seemed to come from the toilet. I told Ashley (she was very nice) but no one came. Hope they fix it for the nexts customers because it was terrible…
