Lovely place, be aware of...

Liked: The gentleman at the front desk with glasses was so sweet and really helped us decide what to do locally before we went to the aquarium. He was always very nice and friendly. The hotel was very clean and it was a pleasant experience
Disliked: The water took forever to get hot and when it did get too hot it took forever to get cooled down, which isn’t great with kids. The parking also costed us an extra $120 due to having to use the public parking as the hotel does not have parking

My home away from home...

Liked: Breakfast was good and plenty of it, great location to attend C2E2, rooms always clean & felt like a second home, great location for site seeing and surrounded by plenty of restaurants within walking distance, valet is a bonus.
Disliked: ran out of dishes a few times during breakfast.

Liked: All the other staff was great helpful and breakfast was good.
Disliked: Housekeeping just opened our door and wanted to know when we were checking out before check-out time. I didn't like that part.

Very good

Liked: Extremely well located if you are looking for a place to stay near the convention center, and relatively reasonably priced. Very comfortable bed, very spacious.
Disliked: Breakfast was meh. Just some very basic items on the menu. Some staff members were very nices, others ambivalent.

Liked: I liked how much space was available even tho i didn’t need all it.They upgraded me to a bigger room because they ran out and i really appreciated it.
Disliked: I wasn’t there long enough.
