Liked: Very impressed. Large room with comfortable bed, a good sized desk to work at and a little kitchen area. Very convenient for downtown and about 10 minutes walk from the Amtrak station. I felt very comfortable there. The breakfast buffet is comprehensive and reasonable quality. And ignore comments about being woken up by trains in the night; they're out of date as they don't blow their horns going through Charlottesville any more!
Disliked: For some reason my room wasn't made up one of the days.

Liked: The staff was extremely professional and friendly. The room was very clean and had plenty of space for our group of 5 women. The location was perfect for us.

Some were completely unprofessional.. had to ask for more toilet paper, towels (3 towels for 4 people) etc.Finally on check out, I asked for a receipt and was told the booking agent would send. I specifically said " then you won't be charging me anything?" And was told " that is correct"Later in the day an email comes from the hotel with parking being charged to my card.There's more instances of staff using very inappropriate language , but I'm done wasting more time on this place.Great location, and I like home 2 suites as a chain, but this one needs a lot of work

Liked: Never stayed at this chain before but it was great! Very clean and up to date decor, lots of space in the room and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay at one of these again!

Liked: The room was espacious. The breakfast was fine.
Disliked: The people working were not particularly helpful, there was a lot of contradictory information regarding the questions I posed, when I needed to extend my stay. They didn't seem interested to have my business.
