Always a great stay
Liked: A great spot to stay for any events downtown. Short walk across the tracks downtown mall. Had a Thursday night concert, appreciated the early check in to finish up some work stuff
Disliked: It was a little more expensive than previous visits but it was TomTom festival and based on the property's location was happy to pay a bit extra. Was still better value than other downtown area hotels

Decent, comfortable and practical.
Liked: Proximity to downtown mall. Comfortable bed with down pillows. Large room (didn’t expect to get a kitchenette, 2 queen beds and office space with sofa).
Disliked: Main lobby, outdoor seating area and hallways (carpet) a bit worn and not always tidy. No one wiped breakfast tables between guests as they came and went from the buffet. Should not charge extra for parking and WiFi in C’ville.

Liked: Close to everything, clean , and quiet.
Disliked: The breakfast station offerings: egg sandwich pieces were not hot and waffle maker broken.

Great location, large rooms.
Liked: Sizable rooms with fridge, microwave, tableware, etc are great for family trips when you are getting tired of eating out… even though the restaurants are just a 10 minute walk away!
Disliked: $10 for parking the car in front of the hotel? Odd. Breakfast was meh.

A nightmare.
Liked: I had a HORRIBLE experience. Booked this room for my sister and I to stay at for a concert and the concert was canceled so I put in a cancellation request prior to my scheduled stay and the property/Booking.com gave me the ultimate run-around that I am CURRENTLY still dealing with. Definitely will not be booking through Booking.com in the future, nor will I ever book with this property, even if my life depended on it.
Disliked: Everything. Communication between both the property & Booking.com was horrible.
